We have an advanced machining department with highly qualified staff, thanks to which we are able to ensure excellent quality of products. Currently our main customers are companies producing aircraft engines, which requires us to meet high standards in the production and control of products.
The machining department is equipped with a modern machine park enabling:
• Milling – we have three Mazak (three and four-axis) milling machines that enable precise mechanical machining. They can produce details with complicated geometry and high accuracy of workmanship.
• Turning – we have three-axis lathes with driven tools for axial and transverse drilling and form milling. In addition, the machine park has a turning and milling center with an active Y axis, which allows advanced profile milling on the workpiece.
• Measurements – we have two CMM measuring machines. They allow a complete measurement of the details made, so that the compliance of the parts to the drawing requirements is ensured.
