Great Britain Foundations
Teknequip was founded in Great Britain in 1961 as a sole proprietorship producing machining parts for the medical industry. In the following years, Teknequip developed, increasing its machinery park and employing qualified employees. Production of machining parts for customers from the brewing, maritime and aviation industries was also begun.
In 1973, Teknequip moved to a factory built from scratch at its current location in Harlow. In 2001, the plant was completely rebuilt, thanks to which it became possible to increase the number of production machines.
In 1993, Teknequip became a member of the Samuel Hodge group, which allowed further investment in machinery and people.
